If I had to say anything the apartment is dated, but you can see that from the photos. But really it's absolutely fine.

La ubicación. Está pegado al mar y Ribadesella es muy pequeño y se ve todo caminando.

Imposible aparcar. No tiene zona de parking propia, aparcamos después de una hora a veinte minutos andando. La casa muy fría, la lavadora muy antigua, la ropa salió sin centrifugar. Las camas muy viejas e incómodas. Necesita una reforma.

Buena ubicación, aunque algunos días nos costó mucho aparcar. Tenían conexión Wifi.

La casa está muy anticuada, con detalles un poco feos: en los armarios hay chubasqueros muy viejos, en los de la cocina productos abiertos o caducados. La nevera no estaba limpia. El armario del baño estorba bastante y está muy deteriorado. Aunque la casa es amplia estaba todo un poco abandonado. Da a una calle peatonal donde hay mucho ruido por la noche, porque allí juegan los niños al futbol a horas muy intempestivas.
