Property was a great size for a family of six. 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Nice gated estate with a lovely private pool.

Missing a few of the basics. Minimal cheap towels. No instructions on how to use any of the facilities. We were not that impressed with the company who manage the bookings. We were travelling around Italy by train and the keys had to be collected from the office which was about 25 mins walk and we also had to drop them back but the office didn’t open until 9am so had to pay more for our transfer to take us to drop the keys off. We also couldn’t find the WiFi codes. We messaged the company who basically said that it is somewhere in the house and they didn’t know where the previous guests would have left it. Maybe have a lockbox for keys to be dropped off and stick the wifi code and instructions for compliances on the same door as the check out and rubbish drop off points.

The finish, fixtures and white goods are great. Pool and garden great. Good size. Secure development. Plenty parking facilities.

A/c upstairs didn’t work. Was reported day 1. Wasn’t fixed. Spoilt the stay. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and has no a/c. It also felt slightly damp. There was only 2 sun loungers and 3 deck chairs for a villa that is advertised for 8. And only 1 set of keys including a key fob for the electric gated which is 100 meters away from the villa which meant a lot of communication and handing over!
