AUThe property was excellent - great location next to the beach, spacious lay-out and really well appointed. One of the things we most liked was the very well-appointed kitchen as we cooked in every night (including lots of pots, pans, baking dishes, glasses, utensils, superb cooking facilities, etc.) ... it really could not have been better appointed. We would definitely book this property again!
The main issue for us was that because it was summer and relatively warm at night, we had to leave the doors and windows open at night for air to come into the house. We searched for air-conditioning but it appeared there was none (just heating). So, we ended up with pretty to warm sleeping conditions and a few moths and mosquitoes getting in to the house (and the mosquitoes were mildly problematic while sleeping). This wasn't a big issue, but it did make us question why the property did not have air-conditioning or insect screens on the windows; however, we did notice that most of the other properties we stayed at while in New Zealand did not have insect screens, so maybe it's just a New Zealand thing, and maybe it is only an issue for a month or two each year in summer!

They mention booking.com air conditioning that's why we booked but no fan no air-conditioned it wast too hot we spend 400 dlr to buy fans so not worth it spend 1050 nzd for one night, Chloe managee gave 150 dlr discount but that's not enough as we can not enjoy our holidays as their false advertisement on booking.com Even I dnt know how other people did not mention in reviews so I am totally disappointed bec beautyful property but no fan no air-conditioning If you feel hot this property not for your

Only complaint was no aircon so got pretty warm at night when you couldn't open the doors
