Love staying when I need to do events downtown

Thankfully my vehicle was safe in the parking lot

Bathroom tub had a leak in it pillowcase had stains on them an iron had something stuck on it an the setup no privacy and only one TV in the apartment the oven didn't come on and the building is awful to many people hanging out in the front of the building an the parking lot is dangerous you have to go into the parking garage and park it's dangerous for anyone that's by themselves

Great location, and very easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, felt like home to have a kitchen.

Only one of the three elevators in the building worked during our stay. Everyone had to wait quite a while, often not being able to get on because it would be too full.

The bed was broke and the towels were stained

This offers a good value in great location that was withing walking distance to several restaurants. The front door requires a key fob for entry and there's a front desk attendant on duty.

I missed that this property does not offer Wi-Fi. The cleanliness could be improved in the kitchen, bathroom and the hallway leading to the apartment. There's no thermostat, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. While windows can be opened, the street/highway noise is loud.
