La struttura è davvero molto carina e lo staff è davvero molto disponibile. Abbiamo fatto delle richieste di servizi ulteriori a pagamento (tour, servizio spa, ecc) e si sono resi subito disponibili ad aiutarci.

Il bagno è separato dalla stanza da una sola tenda.. il che vuol dire che non mantiene in alcun modo la privacy tra gli ospiti.. il servizio ristorazione è buono, ma è davvero lento.. infine la piscina della nostra stanza era microscopica, praticamente una vasca da bagno non utilizzabile.

"Estancia perfecta"

Es una villa preciosa. La cama es cómoda y grande. El jardín es precioso y con una piscina privada. El desayuno se podía pedir a la habitación y tomarlo en la terraza. El personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. Está a las afueras de Ubud, en una zona muy tranquila. Totalmente recomendable.

"Do not book!"

Absolutely nothing! Left straight away and booked something else as the room description online was completely different than when we arrived. This hotel refused to give any of our money back even though they admitted fault on the room description so steer clear travellers.

This hotel is an absolute scam. Please do yourselves a favour and book anywhere else. They will take your money, not provide you with what they say and then refuse any type of refund even when you don't stay at all due to the room not being suitable. Save yourselves the headache and the out of pocket expenses.

"Very Good"

Staff very helpful and polite. My daughter wasn't well and they arranged for a transport to and fro the 24hr hospital around midnight and it was FOC. My daughter got treated and felt better. Thank you to Ms. Putu and the other staff working at night on 6 Jul 25.

Breakfast was limited choice. TV wasn't working and AC was leaking.
