I liked that when I arrived at the apartment and they did not suit me, Toprak Altay completely helped to solve the problem and change the apartment! It was nice that any request or problem was solved almost immediately

The apartment renovation does not match the photo!

I stayed in this flat with my daughter. The location was good and convenient, but unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed with the cleanliness. The kitchen had oil splashes on the wall from previous cooking, and the wall in the living room was also extremely dirty. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Additionally, there was rubbish left in the hallway by another neighbour, and it stayed there for several days, which made the whole experience feel even more unpleasant. This place has potential, but cleanliness seriously needs to be improved.

The place was not as advertised. We booked this for 4 adults as the place advertised that it sleeps 4 people however the sofa bed does not pull out and can only sleep 1 person, and the worst thing is they do not provide any extra bedding, so we had 1 adult that could not sleep anywhere due to the false advertisement, and no bedding was provided for the adult that was supposed to sleep on the sofa, due to this we had to book another hotel somewhere else and did not use this one. Be advised, do NOT book here unless there are 2 of you, it DOES NOT sleep 4 people as advertised.

The traffic organization! They have spikes and if you don't read Romanian then you can't even spot them - they are masked as regular bumpers! So good luck keeping your car tires whole!

I've booked the apartment for one night (2 people) and I was highly disappointed. Once I got there, around 6pm, I realized that it was not cleaned at all. Maybe there was a misunderstanding between management and the cleaners. Anyway, we were offered another apartment but we had to wait 30+ mins. The other one was clearly cleaned in a rush and badly, because the rubbish was not emptied, the toilet was not cleaned and the wc wasn't flushed. They left soap and towels just for one person and the washing machine was already full with wet clothes. The roads and the hundreds of irregular speed bumps around the private Cosmopolis complex are in a bad shape.

Very nice apartment, nice pool, a lot of restaurants and supermarket near by

The air-condition is in the living room, the bedroom is hot. And the sofabed is for small children, it's a little small.

Is in new appatmant . Very good and clean .
