I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rose Beach Villa, and I can't recommend it enough! Here are the standout features of my experience: Location and View: The villa is perfectly situated right on the beach, offering breathtaking views that truly take your breath away. Waking up to the sight of the sea every morning was an absolute highlight of our stay. The beach is spectacular! Clean and warm. Agent and Communication: Mohammed, the agent, was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, making the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. Amenities: We took advantage of the water activities by renting jet skis and boat/tube. This added an exciting element to our trip, allowing us to explore the coastline and enjoy some thrilling fun on the water. We rented a BBQ during our stay, and it was of great quality. It made our outdoor dining experience even more enjoyable, allowing us to savor delicious meals while soaking in the stunning surroundings. Overall Experience: Our time at Rose Beach Villa was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of a beautiful location, excellent service from Mohammed, and quality amenities made for a memorable getaway. Lots of cats - which was cute in the beginning

Everything os good i like it 👍🏻. Except The kitchen need to be cleaned more

* Location * Private pool * Outdoor sofas and chairs * Children swing * Bathrooms recently renovated * Furniture is ok except the dining table chairs were uncomfortable * Near to one of the small mosques * Near to the gate and marina

* Kitchen * Housekeeping with charge * Terrace umbrella is removed not like other villas

I like the place clean good ambiance

I don't like the staff not even 12 noon he want me to check out where late for check in he doesn't have consideration for the costumers .. some other villas they give time for guess to fix their things.. that staff have attitude..

Swimming pool should have a heater to maintain water temperatures in winters Music was on continuously on the opposite which were disturbing whole area 😒 they should restrict the same for themselves so that others too can enjoy No towels Poor maintenance Only few things can be improved easily
