El partamento mas céntrico no puede estar. Ubicación inmejorable Todo el Apartamento en general muy bien.

La única pega son las escaleras, subíamos a un tercero sin ascensor.

Posizione ottimale, appartamento molto spazioso. Cucina abbastanza comoda e fornita.

Riscaldamento eccessivo, poche asciugamano, niente prodotti per l'igiene. Bagno senza finestre. Asciugacapelli molto piccola. Letti non molto comodi. Scale senza ascensore.

Top location, in the heart of the Old Town, right next to the Main square and with a lovely view of the gorgeous St. Mary Basilica. Spacious rooms, full of light, you will find everything you may need during your stay.

Everything was perfect and we would definitely come back.

"Disaster."

Nothing.

We agreed with the property that we would be arriving at night. However, the intercom did not work. We were unable to access the apartment. We were stuck in the middle of the night, freezing in Krakow. The property did not answer calls or messages. We were travelling with a disabled child. Finally, we had to take a 5-star hotel instead. It was the only option. The property cancelled our stay at 3:33 in the morning, after we had checked in at the hotel. Then the property apologised but did not offer to cover the price difference. That is simply not enough. We spent 200 GBP on an emergency hotel room for just one night. Totally disappointed. Beware.
