Spacious , well equipped and lovely view over the lake

Bed mattresses were a tad hard.

Location, size of the house and facilities. Hot tub.

Nothing, just a few tweeks needed to accommodate what we look for - a few more pillows to be available and more full length mirrors. Minor details.

Great open space downstairs with kitchen diner and living room all in one place. Large windows looking out onto a fabulous view. Hot tub right there by the lake and next to the house. Variety of rooms, each with lots of light and space. Lots of parking (one space by the property and visitor parking and overflow available further away on the overall estate

The house is advertised for 10 adults however one of the rooms has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. This was too small for three adults unfortunately and so would recommend re sizing the property to 9 adults plus 1 child. The property was not easy to find in the dary unfortunately so a large number on the front of the house lit up would really help and reduce stress on arrival! The spa access was only for two guests at a time Which is a shame when you come to the property in a group.

Upper outer walls and windows on the lake side were covered in black dusty cobwebs which spoilt the view from the top floor windows . Hot tub needed more thorough cleaning around the side corner cushion areas

Wonderful view of the lake. Great hot tub. All rooms clean and comfortable.

Needs an outside window cleaner.

The scenery and position of the house, with the hot tub overlooking the lake was superb. It was also in easy reach of The Spa Centre, as well as another outdoor swimming pool.

The wet room needs updating which we used before getting in the hot tub. Some of my party were allergic to the feather quilts but as it was hot, they didn't use them.

Place was so clean and spacious! Very enjoyable! The place really exceeded our expectations and the views were immaculate. Even with the bad weather it was great to just get out of London and chill with family in a very lovely property. The pool was great too, had the most fun!

Loved the hot tub so much but think the chlorine levels may have been a little high as it ruined my silver jewellery, but that's a very easy fix!
