"Welsh water are a joke"

Fantastic site and lovely views

The water was off which was a burst water main...For 1day and half we couldn't shower or flush the toilet.

The place was nice wales cakes was nice touch all you need is there from bath towels to all bedding as well what more could you ask for

"Needs a couple of issues addressing."

Nice location.

It was freezing, the heating didn’t work in any of the bedrooms, and we couldn’t get the water hot in the shower. WiFi code was tucked away in the back of the guest book rather than being on the information board with all of the other key info, like phone numbers. The phone reception is bad, so had to drive out to get phone service to ask for the WiFi code.
