NEW APT in the heart of Madrid

A great location in Salamanca, close to the main attractions but not too close to the tourist areas. The room was clean and well presented

The property was misrepresented. It is a room in a hotel, it is not an apartment. The price was way higher than booking a room at the hotel. We reported a broken table and a missing toaster which were not resolved during our stay. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and we could not control the room temperature. It was November and the heating was on and it was extremely hot with the aircon on. There is also a nightclub next door (Rubicon) so it is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights The room is advertised as having a dryer but they is a hotel facility which you pay for - it is not in the room

Absolutamente todo. Es como un pequeño apartamento pero se pueden quedar 4 cómodamente . Tiene una cama comodisima y un sofá cama igual de cómodo. Todo increíblemente limpio ,moderno . Da gusto estar la verdad. No tenemos ni un solo pero . Repetiré siempre que viaje a Madrid ya que lo hago muy a menudo. La dirección nos llevó a otro lugar y al llamar enseguida nos atendieron amablemente . Gratamente sorprendida.

Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kontakt zum Vermieter, der jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🌟

La ubicación, la tranquilidad del entorno y la amplitud de la estancia.

Tuvimos que esperar para acceder al apto, hasta las 16:40, porque aún lo estaban limpiando. Demasiado tardío, para mi gusto.

Emplacement idéal pour rejoindre l’aéroport en train et à proximité d’une station. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
