Breakfast was not served but i had access to the kitchen to make food for my self. The facility was cleaned up constantly by the staff. The staff was polite and nice. Staff pays attention to detail and safety measures in place to mitigate slips, trips and falls.

Parking was a bit of an issue but it's outside the staff's hands. She could offer breakfast to avoid traffic at the kitchen. She could add another toilet downstairs to make it two in the facility.

Pretty much everything, the landlord was lovely, we had everything we needed to cook, location is super great as we could get a short bus journey to Leeds city centre. There's parking and really access to motorway. Loved the window of the room as it large and brought so much light in which was pleasant

Kitchen was tiny, there was no dining space but we managed to eat in our room
