Great location and very pleasant apartment. Many places to eat or party nearby, and there’s a 24h shop just around the corner. At the same time the location was very quiet.

The communications with the property were very bad. We got automated messages and couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Had to go to a weird online chat to get our lockbox combination. After that we didn’t know which apartment was ours in the whole building. Luckily somehow someone picked up the phone after a couple of hours. We also somehow got a message thanking us for the stay BEFORE we checked in.

Spacious, clean, beautifully styled, and well-equipped this stay was better than most hotels I’ve stayed in! Check-in was seamless, and the host even shared some great local tips. Can’t wait to come back!

The apartment in Budapest was spotless and comfortable—perfect for a comfort stay. Its location in the city center and close to the metro made it incredibly convenient for getting around. The only downside was the bathroom, where water tended to pool and didn’t drain well, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, a great place overall.

Hiden fees such as cleaning when you register a guest through the app they provide. Cleaning wasn't spot on.

The location was convenient and the actual space was decorated really nicely.

The bed was SO uncomfortable! The mattress is very thin so it's not cushioned at all and you can feel every movement if you have someone sleeping next to you. The sink was leaking from the bottom the whole time we were there and as there were no floor towels provided we ended up having to use our own belongings to clean this in order to use the bathroom during the day. I cannot stress how uncomfortable the bed was! We were so sleep deprived for our whole stay. The hosts offered to compensate us for the issues and kept pushing back the date of payment but I think that was just to keep us happy until we had forgotten

Clean and modern. Equipped with all the necessary equipments. Staff is very cooperative.

Most of the times, water slips off from the edges of the tub on the floor while bathing. Need to have a fix for bathing partition glass.
