Spokojna lokalizacja na uboczu. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Sam obiekt bardzo zadbany i bardzo przyjemny do spędzania czasu. Garaż na samochód. Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa na Tatrzańskie szlaki.
