Location, cleanliness, coziness. Electric kettle, bowls, glasses and cutlery to have some food or tea/coffee. Room gets warm pretty quickly when heater is on. Enjoyed our stay :)

"Perfect room !"

Great house, beautiful room with some useful amenities : a table to eat at, some plates and cutlery, and a little fridge. Having a private bathroom is always an appreciated bonus ! Benjenmin was very friendly, we were very well received, thank you ! Some tea to use with the kettle, and some dishwashing liquid to be able to clean the plates that are available in the room would have been perfect !

"Noisy and humid studio"

There is a place to park the car. The studio looks like just renovated and there was a good effort on decoration. Electric plugs near the bed Clean Easy self check out

Very loud resonating noise from the steps of the owners. It sounds like bass in a concert. Each step is very loudy and resonates. We were woken up at 6am by the steps. Very humid air, it smells moist in the whole studio. Opening the window does not change the situation. Our socks were even humid in the morning. The spring beds are very noisy when we move and are narrow. The celling of the whole studio is low and when standing in the bathtub I have to bend to not touch it with my head. (I'm 1m85) The toilet seat is too close to the wall so it's not confortable and the cover falls in our back when seated.

"We would stay there again!"

Nice stay in a family house. (But separately, own entrance etc.). Nice room, quite big. Clean. Comfortable bathroom. Very nice host. Quiet area. Easy parking.

Nothing really,all was OK. [The bathroom was just a few steps from the room,but is part of the house only for you, and you may walk naked if you want. So not really inconvenient]
