Close to Patong and Karon - a short drive, but nestled high up on the hill out of the hustle and noise. Lovely staff, who are more than happy to help with anything. Heaps of room and a great view.

There was nothing that I was dissatisfied with, would definitely stay there again.

"Helpful Staff with a not well aged House"

Nice and helpful Staff(but there was a noticeable language)

You can see the age of the House. There are some moldy walls and the jets from the Pool and Jacuzzi are not working. We payed extra for a roundtrip airport transfer, high-speed internet and late check out when booking the house. When we arrived we got told they dont offer the airport transfer. Internet was only 100 mbps while the average of Thailand is 234 mbps. Late check out was at 12 o'clock.

Excellent value for money. The location is high up on the hill and has a lovely view. The place had all the basics we needed to stay there comfortably. Highly recommend for a large group.

The shower water was a bit slow, and the temperature of the hot water was warm but not very hot. The hill is a bit of a climb to the top of the house, but if you are of a normal fitness level, it will take 3 minutes to the top. The hill climb does not outweigh the benefits of this place and there is a Tuk Tuk that will drive you to the top that the place arranges.

"Great stay"

The house was excellent value , there were 13 of us 10 adults and 3 children . We slept in accommodation by the pool and it was fine , the rooms in the house were great . Views fabulous , the hill up to the house is steep but taxis and tuk tuks drove up the hill just had the last one to walk up . We walked into patong from the house it is a nice walk and closer than you think . The pool is lovely . Staff come in every day to clean and make beds etc and are very accommodating and lovely . I cannot fault this place really when you break down the cost per person it is great value . A sandwich toaster would be nice .as we love the toasties from 7 eleven . If you find fault for the price you pay and the accommodation you have plus views , you must be very hard to please . Great house

The staff were accommodating very spacious view was nice Pool great Lots of towels Good soundsystem AAA was amazing but sadly he was finishing

The driveway is terrible very steep wouldn't walk it an a some tuktuk wouldn't pick us up Toilets get blocked Fridges don't get cold Beds hard as rock Some air con not working
