This apartment is spacious and comfortable. A real home from home. It has everything you need. It is clean and modern. The view from the large balcony is spectacular. It is directly across the street from the Biosfera shopping centre, where you have a spare for convenience shopping.

While I would love to return to this apartment, we had several issues that could probably have been avoided. Our first issue was when we were locked out of the apartment on our second night. We called the emergency number and got no response. We had to call a locksmith ourselves which was €120. I received a message the next morning to say that the emergency number was on silent by mistake! Apparently if you leave the key in the inside of the door. You can’t unlock the door. This should have been communicated in the instructions sent by the management company along with codes etc. I did find this information later in a folder in a cupboard. But it wasn’t very visible Secondly, there is no cleaning service if you are only here for a week. That is fine. I have no problem cleaning up after myself. But there are no cleaning products or cloths to clean the bathroom. It also means there are no change of towels. Again no problem as there is a washing machine, however, the washing machine is not draining or spinning. I told the management company and got a response on our last day. Finally, we requested a late checkout as our flight was late evening. This could not be accommodated as they had guests arriving at 1 pm. Again I understand that this can happen however. We remained at the pool for the day and the cleaners did not arrive to the apartment until 4pm. I thought this was pretty bad service. As we had a child with us. There is no reception at this complex. No toilet facilities around the pool. The sunbeds are in bad condition. But the apartment itself is fabulous and the location is great

Le logement était tel que décrit, la piscine appréciable, peu de monde. Petite terrasse agréable où l'on peut manger. La literie était bonne. La cuisine bien équipée. La réactivité de l'hôte quand nous avons eu un soucis avec les toilettes.

Tout était bien. Juste un peu surprise d'avoir une vue sur les poubelles du centre commercial en contre bas, mais ne se voit que quand on est debout face au balcon.

Spacious and comfortable. Central to both the old and new town. It's right behind the shopping mall which was perfect for teens to go shopping by themselves.

It was very spacious. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms, and an amazing terrace. And the view was just wow.

It was fairly dirty. I had to wash all kitchen pots, utensils, and other kitchen stuff. So, the cleanliness of the kitchen was not good at all. In addition, there were no sponges, no spare bin bags, no soap, and one toilet paper on two bathrooms. We had to buy all things which in my opinion should be supplied. It would also be nice to have basic stuff such as salt, at least if not sugar and so on. The pots were stratched, so we could not use any of it. Communication with the owner/management was not the greatest. Kind of lack of communication . Bed is not the comfiest.

Great size apartment, clean and ideally located.

Would prefer a double bed in one of the rooms.
