The location is superb, off street parking great. Towels & bedding were great. Comfortable lounge.

Not as advertised (3x double beds) - only 2. No glasses, bowls or sink plugs. Limited cutlery & chipped crockery. Broken toilet seat. Fire alarm wrapped in plastic wrap.

Easy location and neatness

We noticed the cable TV couldn’t connect for two days and had to use our personal subscriptions to watch Netflix or Prime. We didn’t realize this on time until the day to our departure. Aside from this other things were near perfect.

We got last minute upgraded and moved to a different property, so I can't speak to this specific property at this specific address. It was a nice property, very clean and quiet.

We had a bit of a communication snafu, all the check in information was available on Whatsapp, which I don't use. I had to ask the host on the day of check in what to do. Once I had the app and had connected that way it was clear, but nothing was made clear or communicated that would be necessary before that point.

There was lots of room for the family and there was laundry on site

I didn’t like that I had to constantly message the host to find out information about how to get the keys how to check in and how to get online with the Internet. There were also no instructions of how to stay in the apartment i.e. were stickers on the appliances, saying they didn’t work and we had a message. The host to confirm that in fact, they actually did work. The place was a little bit rough around the edges, which was fine, but we will not stay here again.

everything was nice they realised we was a big family and gave us a bigger apartment very happy Judith was fantastic all credit due to her kindness, honesty, very helpful, she is a a really nice person told us about about the area and how to get around thank you Judith. Scottish people are very welcoming lovely, honest and kind 💖.

I love the surrounding neighbourhood. It felt like home.
