My room was dirty, there were ants inside, and plumbing kept creaking. Also one of the blinds were missing too

JPUSThey had ice. You went to the garage to get it.
The breakfast was marginal. The garage was awful. You used the entrance to the garage to exit also but the turn to go up the ramp to get out there is not enough room to make the turn. If your car is very big you end up scraping your car.

There’s a lot of noise coming from both the building in general and the city. The monorail goes by right outside and makes a lot of noise. Most rooms have huge windows right where everyone walks by. They do have blinds, but they still let in a lot of light and of course don’t stop the sound. Our room was extra noisy because the AC was in a poorly cut out hole in the wall so it sounded and felt like there was a window open. We spent two nights here, with one night in Victoria, Canada in between and this hotel was so much worse than the hotel in Canada even though it was a lot more expensive
