The accommodation was spotless and super comfortable. Big shoutout to Jonathan, our amazing host! He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I needed a late checkout, and he made it happen seamlessly. Thanks so much, Jonathan! 🙏🏾 We really appreciate your hospitality! 😊

Exceptionally clean, modern house with everything you could need. Spacious, comfortable and in a quiet residential area. Private parking, close to the local amenities, the city and Beamish museum. Excellent communication from the host prior to our stay and during. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location for us, house had everything you could need. Pleasantly surprised with what they offered, decent shower and house a nice size for us.

Possibly a table and chairs for the garden when the weather is nice.

Mostly all very good

Small things - provide a bread knife and a sieve. While the settings are for six people, if six occupy the house, you may need to keep plates etc clean so you have what you need. Maybe provide extra?

Modernised to a high standard, everything you needed was at hand, even down to coffee and hot chocolate pods along with tissues at the side of every bed. Location was good for our needs and not far from Washington centre which is lovely.

Although the beds were OK, one was a bit on the uncomfortable side but did not spoil anything.

Property was exceptional, everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Bonus off street parking. Owner Jonathan was on hand if you required any assistance during your visit. Ideal for local attractions.

It was clean, tidy and very modern.
