Everything poor bed broken tv smashed mirrors broken radiator cover just awful didnt even stay went after 30 minutes

Didn’t like anything about it,just wanted the night to be over.

It was very disgusting there was blood stain on the bed we were allocated to but it was later changed The bed frame of the room we moved to kept falling we literally had to drop it down. ,there was no toiletry provided not even a tissue paper. Went out and returned to see that the toilet was messed up by a white guy who probably lives there. I honestly think a good revamp will help that space because bad review won’t take a business far.The owner should be more present to check things before renting out.

Absolutely dreadful! Booked this thinking it would be alright pretty standard stay for one night due to attending a concert nearby. Walked in and it absolutely stunk, was a mess as if people were living in it. Dirty outs and pans with food in. Fridge full of half eaten/open/ off food. The bathroom was 🤮 no toilet roll. And people living in bedroom upstairs that weren’t English so when we asked if they had any toilet roll could not understand us. One tiny paper thin pillow each with blood stained blanket and crumbs/dirt in the bed. A dirty vent not attached to the wall. Tv all blue with white spots and no signal to even work for background noise. Floor dirty unhoovetef and mopped with cocktail sticks/empty chewing gum packets lying about. Locks barely attached to the doors inside and out. half of the street was boarded up and the other half was noisy. ‘Frosted’ bedroom door but could fully see what was going on inside 😵‍💫Tenants upstairs noisy late at night and early mornings. AVOID!

Lovely room in house with each room lockable, shared bathroom, kitchen but house is really done nicely, very clean

The big room and the neatness of the place
