Amazing location, just one block away from the Yarkon (highly desirable) section of the beach. Rooms were large.

The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire time we were there - it just gave the message “too far from the router”. The apartment was filthy and almost everything was broken - the lights didn’t work, the toilet worked intermittently, the walls were stained and cracked with rust and holes. The windows didn’t close so the noise from the street and construction was significant. Lots of bugs.

Everything.. the facilities ( it should not be even categorized as an accommodation place.. walls are torn ip , dirty , they didn’t change the light that is flickering … on and off but they didn’t do anything with it ) , the host didn’t bother to change the light and not responding to the messages .. all in all it was an uncomfortable place to stay

Everything. The place is not as advertised. This place is a scam. The room is nothing like advertised, looks nothing like the pictures. Read the reviews, people arrive and can't stay. It's full of cockroaches and bugs. Electricity there is unsafe and owners don't return the money. I left and booked another place and I'm paying double cause of them. The owner and people there aren't even surprised when you leave, they expect it in order to get the money and clear the place for more scams which they push online. It's unlivable and shouldn't be on booking. I have pictures but just look at past reviews. They don't clean, don't have kitchen stuff without bugs on it. The place is half broken and super dirty, you can't use the toilet or the shower. The didn't give me back the money even though i didn't stay. The owner wanted me to remove reviews in return for half the money of my stay.
