The host was very responsive

Some facilities were faulty, i.e. sink leaking, lightbulb working

Aside from the fact that the owner isn't responsive at first, we actually had a good stay. He even gave us a little discount for our day extension. The room itself is good/clean and it is in a very good location (within BGC).

There's no carpark. We actually paid 1,100.00 php for an overnight + 6 hours parking which is almost the amount we paid for the stay itself.

The property’s location was a +++ you can just walk going to malls, high street, museum and other establishments. Above all, the owner was very kind and helpful. He always makes sure that your concerns were attended. He even helps me report the fake booking I made previously. My salute and respect to the owner.🫶🫶 Indeed, a recommendable place to stay either for leisure or work.
