The best of this property is its host, Erik, who was most helpful (in my case about renting a car after I was scammed by the car flexi rental). You do need a car for this property and Martinique in general. The apartment is a formal garage one with its limitations in terms once you close the “garage door” you are out of view and natural light. Kitchen has everything needed, including dishwasher and a laundry machine. Food shop and bakery are near by (if with car). It is spacious enough and has privacy.

Furniture is rather tired. Some unfortunate decoration choices, which is a pity, this place can be so much more attractive. The access path is badly maintained and makes you feel like you are vacationing in the servants quarters. A bit of better vegetation could improve the view on the wired fence.

Comfortable bed and good aircon in the bedroom space. Fantastic views over the harbour. Location good to explore with the car and some nice shops in walking distance.

Could be cleaner and some of the furniture is tired/could do with updating. It's a converted garage which means you choose light and views you also let the wildlife in
