Friendly receptionist, ok sized room.

Very noisy in the morning. You can hear other guests. They marked us as no show and the owner said we should figure it out ourselves. Booking.com had issues he said. Dear sir, you have to actively go on their extranet and mark a guest as no show, so you’re lying to your guests. We understand from other conversations that we overheard that this is not the first time. Shame on you.
