mudah2 saja potong duit orang sbb banyak syarat2 yg tidak jelas dan melanggari hak PDPA yg mana katanya diperlukan padahal cuma utk menginap semalaman saja. mana ada booking homestay perlu bagi semua ic yg masuk rumah, dan mana ada org check in 1 rumah cuma mnginap 1 org. haruslah cukup2 dan tak lebih dari katil yang di sediakan. patutlah harga ditawarkan murah kerana deposit jgk dicari2 kesalahan yg tak logik utk dipotong.

1. Facilities (toiletries, wifi, comfortness) are good 2. Location

1. Extra payment for security deposit is so annoying and unnecessary, as we have fully paid the booking before check in. The refund also late (more than 24 hours after our checkout notification to the Owner) 2. This extra payment should be made available in any booking platform term&conditions, before customer place booking order (payment/booked)
