"Very Very Bad and not worth spending a Penny on and treated poorly by the person in charge"

They took us somewhere else and not the actual location we paid for and services (breakfast included in the cost i paid for ). The person in charge never updated me on the apartment and waited for a day before my trip to send me a message that they had a problem with the apartment and would not be able to fix before my arrival so they will take me to somebody’s house, as he knew perfectly well how difficult and expensive it would be to get a new hotel just a day before my travel. I paid a month before my travel date and per their policy money paid is not refundable so had no choice than to take their other option. After taken me to the other house, the least they could have done was to provide the breakfast as i paid for and nothing of that sort provided. The guy in charge of the actual place we paid for didnt even show up to see to it that our needs were met in the other house and all this while from arrival to leaving the place he was just sending instructions on whatsapp messenger about getting to the other house.
