"We would visit again just based off the customer service and the pool/hot tub they offer."

The pool and hot tub area were extremely well taken care of. The lobby was clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The continental breakfast ends an hour earlier than most hotels but the muffins were good!

We had neighbors that were extremely unruly and loud at about 2 am. They were yelling, cursing, and playing loud music. Made a complaint and nothing changed so I’m not sure staff addressed it however I do know there is only so much staff can do. Just unfortunate because I can tell the property is taken care of even though some things are out dated like the couches or chairs in the rooms.

Huge walk-in closet! Mini fridge, microwave, and the coffee maker! Plenty of cabinet space. TV was great. The balcony off our room was perfect for morning coffee.

"It was comfortable and clean, but noisy from guests."

Good price for a clean hotel

It was loud. The guests were partying till 3:45 a.m. There wasn’t any personal on grounds to stop it. The water from the shower made a small lake in our bathroom. It was not safe to walk in there after someone showered. The lighting was dim.

"Great affordable place great location."

Very clean property. The small kitchen in our room was a plus.

The parking was terrible at night. Got back around 9 and both lots were full.

I like that it was clean and the staff was nice and patient

the beds where hard. mine said it was an executive suit and it wasn't. the water pressure sucked.it did the job but barely only water coming out of the pipes. and the outlets kept looking power
