"Cold Days in November"

Roomy and decent location. Arrived on Friday, and the heat wasn't working. Called property manager who was efficient. He came over and switched to emergency heat. However, the heat was spotty, and the space was cold the entire stay. The owner came on Saturday and changed batteries in the thermostat. We left to go shopping, and upon return, the heat stopped working again. So we slept in the cold again. She actually ran the HVAC guy off that the staff sent to fix the heat. The owner could have been more considerate. I felt she was being a cheap skate. I do not recommend this property. She never offered a discount for our stay and the inconvenience caused.
