En grej gillade jag inte att man får inte ta in nåt med sig jag bokar alltid hoteller överallt i världen och 5 sjäner hotel man få ta in med sig nåt men annars alla som jobbar är underbart

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well organized.the staff were polite, professional, and very helpful, with a clear willingness to assist,the hotel location was excellent. The view was outstanding and added significant value to the overall stay.

Points for Improvement Although my stay was very short, I noticed a clear lack of sound insulation between rooms. I could hear conversations, phone calls, and other details from the adjacent room, which affected privacy and comfort. The bathroom facilities were not at the same standard as the rest of the hotel. Essential amenities such as a comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap were not provided. The water used for washing tasted salty and had a noticeable metallic (iron-like) taste coming from the taps. The bathroom trash bin was old and rusty. There was water leakage in the bathroom along with an unpleasant odor. The bed was not in good condition and appeared to be partially broken, which negatively affected sleeping comfort. In case a guest arrives without a suitable phone charger and needs a power adapter compatible with the local electrical outlets, an additional fee is required to obtain one. It would be preferable to offer this as a basic service or make it available free of charge.
