Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had. I was surprised to find that basic amenities such as an iron and stand were not provided in the room, which I had to arrange myself at my own cost. Additionally, there was very little privacy between rooms — I could clearly hear conversations and even footsteps from the neighboring room. The most concerning issue was the bathroom: during a shower, water flooded out and reached the bed area, which is highly inconvenient and unacceptable. Moreover, the room was located on the second floor with no elevator access, which was difficult for me given a Grade 3 knee tear I am currently dealing with. Lastly, I had hoped to relax by the pool, beach, or balcony, but the constant noise from low-flying airplanes due to proximity to the airport disrupted any sense of peace. I hope you take this feedback into serious consideration to improve your guests' future experiences.

Wifi funkade knappt uppe i rummet men funkade väl ute vid poolen. Fanns ingen information i rummet hur man kunde komma i kontakt med room service

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room towels and bed covers were not clean, and the reception staff were not very helpful. I requested a meal by the pool three times and only received it after two hours. The same issue happened with towels, which I had to ask for several times both at the pool and in the room. Overall, the service and cleanliness need serious improvement
