Roomy. quiet neighborhood.

I fell into a hole in the front yard day one. Water meter? Plastic cover flipped when I accidentally stepped back on it. So be careful.

Initially i was skeptical about going there. But the place is quiet and noise free. Home location. The place was clean and well organized. We had plans to go to Utah as well for a day trip so this was best place to stay. Little 15-20 minutes travel to the strip but never felt long driving. Overall loved. This is my first stay in a home or vacation rental and I just simply loved it.

The pool was cold when we went so couldn't use it much. This was not a major concern for us.

Very nice a spacious super close to the location I would be traveling to

No complaints but it is only three bedrooms with an extra loft space used as a room. My group had no issues with it though.

Overall house was clean in the important areas. Other areas such as in drawers or not well used areas hadn't been cleaned in a while. It's definitely been well loved. Communication with hosts was good. Overall, the area wasn't too bad. The pool was nice but too cold to jump in. Exterior was nice but a bit too dirty to utilize.

It was actually a 3 bedroom, the 4th bedroom is an open loft living area.
