"Family stay"

The location is good and the place is spacious for a family.

The check in and check out process leaves a lot to be desired. The place wasn't ready when we arrived we couldn't get hold of anyone for the first 30 minutes. Once we got through we were told the place wasn't cleaned yet as they weren't aware of us arriving even though we had made the booking a week before. We had to wait almost 2 hours before the place was ready. Check out was the same. We were ready to check out during the allotted time but the guy to collect the keys took another half an hour to arrive. It really leaves a poor first and last impression.

"Great family vacation home"

Very nice an spacious place. Wonderful view and very comfortable. Loved out stay there.

The fridge was not working well but we did report it. DSTV was only working for the first day.

Everything was top notch it felt like home away from home, swimming pool just in-front-of your door step, the sea view from the balcony, the cleanliness, everything was top notch

"Lovely place to just relax"

The property is spacious. Enough sleeping space with an exceptional view. The property is also a short drive away from Margate

There was no Wi-Fi throughout our stay. The Dstv was only functional on the first day. The gas grill needs to be condemned
