"Good for 1 night"

Very cute old beach cottage. Location was very close to the beach, back yard was very big and we roared s’mores over the fire pit

The home smelled like pee when we got into the house. Floors need to be replaced/covered upstairs, it can pinch your feet.

"It was fun"

I love that the house had a lot of sleeping areas. It is very close to the beach and the boardwalk. We were able to cook for two days we were there so that was very convenient.

It is dated, but if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, it is great.

"Very good"

The location was excellent, only a block off the boardwalk and beach. The large fenced yard was helpful for getting our car off the street, and our dog loved the space to run. The landlord was right on top of fixing or replacing anything which went wrong at the house. The homey house was comfortable for us four adults, and the front and back porches were nice for sitting outside.

Things could have been better from the start, and the whole house needs a deep cleaning,

Great property steps from the beach. The host was very communicative and thorough with expectations and how things work. Cozy and nicely decorated, many extras available that contributed to the comfort of the property.

I would have preferred cable to streaming services for the TV, but I'm old and that's what I'm used to.
