A pre-authorisation of €90 per room will be requested on arrival, as a guarantee for the room and any extras. The spa is open from 10.30 am to 5.30 pm on weekdays, and from 10.30 am to 6.30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Access to the spa is for 45 minutes, subject to booking. €10 per person (18 years and over). Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. "Mauvaise chambre"

L'emplacement.

Nous avons eu la chambre du RDC qui donne sur la terrasse du restaurant, avec des tables à quelques centimètres de la (seule) fenêtre de la chambre. Cela n'a jamais été indiqué au moment ou après la réservation (indication "vue sur la ville" et ne s'accompagne pas d'un prix réduit pas rapport aux autres chambres. La vitre est teintée mais étant arrivés en fin de journée et cela ne nous ayant pas été signalé à notre arrivée nous nous en sommes rendus compte que le lendemain matin. C'est d'ailleurs la seule réponse qui m'a été donnée lors de ma plainte au départ "vous les voyez mais ils ne vous voient pas", cela reste très désagréable dans la chambre. Dommage, le séjour doit surement être plus appréciable dans les autres chambres de l'hôtel.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Zimmer und eine tolle Lage. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Wir waren überrascht, dass vor Ort ein Betrag von 90,00 € abgebucht wurde mit der Begründung, dass dies als Vorauszahlung dient, falls etwas im Zimmer beschädigt wird. Dieser Betrag soll nach der Abreise wieder gutgeschrieben werden. Wir werden das dann noch kontrollieren!
