This flat looks brand new inside .. It's small .so best just for a solo person or a couple. But everything is new inside

The area is bit rough .lots homeless people on the streets . Let's talk about this owner ..I understand everything is new ..they asked to take the shoes when you enter the bedroom .I did what they asked . My period started that day ..I didn't want get any blood on their white sheet ...so I put the big towel underneath .. Now they asked me to pay £70 damage money lol they can wash the towel..they have to wash the towel anyway . What I am supposed to do ? If I didn't put the towel underneath , then the blood will go all over on the sheet . I didn't damage anything in the flat . I washed up myself .I kept the place tidy . Basically if anyone want to stay their .you will have to be really careful you can't make the sheet dirty or use their towels. If you make them dirty. They will trying to charge you £70 or even more . Seriously if you are so worry get your sheets and towels dirty. Why you even bother to rent out the place??
