Lovely bright, clean apartment which met expectations from the online photos. Comfortable furnishings with plenty of utensils, etc. in the kitchen. Roof terrace had nice outside furniture and amazing views. Communication with the owners was excellent - responded promptly to any queries. Ema the property manager met on on arrival with a very warm and friendly welcome. She kindly waited after our agreed time as our train was delayed. She showed us around and left a welcome pack which was most appreciated - especially the home baked delicious cake. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this apartment.

Only very minor complaint but I am being picky is that the pillows were a bit hard but that's just a personal preference as I prefer a soft pillow. Bed was extremely comfortable though.

We recently had a 16 day stay at this apartment. We were very disappointed with the apartment, its cleanliness and general management. During our journey, we texted the property manager three times, with no response. On arrival, we telephoned the manager, with no answer. In desperation, we called the owner, who contacted the property manager. An hour later, when the property manager arrived, she confirmed that she had received all our messages, but not replied. She said that she was in the shower, when we called. The owner did not call us back to confirm satisfactory handover of the apartment. The fridge and kitchen cupboards were dirty (food deposits, and one wine glass still contained some red wine). So, we had to clean out the fridge, the cupboards, crockery, and cutlery, before we could shop for food. The vacuum cleaner did not have a floor cleaning hose and the brushes and mops were very dirty. So, on our second day, we had to buy a new mop, so that we could clean the floors. The front balcony was covered with bird droppings. So, we were unable to use it. The water boiler was not set efficiently. To get hot water, the taps had to be fully open and not mixing cold water. So, showers were either cold or scalding hot. The boiler could not be readjusted, as the controls had been removed. The gas hob had been modified to remove the auto-igniter. This modification may have overridden the flame fail safety device, as this did not work. We recommend a review of the hob, with respect to the European Commission’s Gas Appliance Recommendations (2016). This apartment needs a deep clean, to remove years of neglected dirt. Attention should be paid to details, like removing food deposits from behind chair cushions.

Todos os aspetos menos positivos que encontrámos foram comunicados ao proprietário, no sentido de critica construtiva, parecendo-nos ter tido bom acolhimento.

Excelente localização, sossegado e de fácil acesso ao centro; vista privilegiada desde o nascer ao por do sol. Ótimo terraço com churrasqueira, mesas, cadeiras e espreguiçadeiras. Ótima varanda com mesas de cadeiras ideal para tomar o PA Piscina limpa

The location was good, as was the pool.

The air conditioning was broken which we did not discover until I asked when we arrived. The staff member called on the third day at 9.45am to say she was coming with an engineer at 10.30am which didn’t give us much time to get dressed etc. The curtain pole fell and struck me on the head in one of the bedrooms and when mentioned to the staff member she said they already knew it was broken before our arrival! The oven trays were dirty with food and grease from previous guests. On our day of departure we were due to leave at 10am but the staff member and engineers appeared at 9am to instal new air conditioners for the next guests. She was asked to wait until 10am in order for us to get ready and complete packing but we were informed that this was necessary and we didn’t have a choice. They left the front door open which made it difficult with a two year old child. All in all, we chose this apartment as it had air conditioning to enable us to sleep at night and unfortunately we struggled for the whole week.

El apartamento está situado en una urbanización muy tranquila. Tiene una terraza preciosa.Hugo,el propietario estuvo muy atento con nosotros y Ema nos recibió muy bien .Gracias a los dos.

No hubo nada que nos disgustara.

Merci aux hôtes pour la réactivité , nous avons loué une heure avant le départ pour la résidence (Devant annuler en catastrophe un autre établissement qui ne correspondait pas à l'annonce ) Bref , ils ont de suite contacté une jeune femme qui a pu nous accueillir . Le sourire , la réactivité , la préparation de l''appartement . Tout était parfait . Le calme , le confort et la proximité de Faro , Olhao , Santa Lucia , Igreja de Sao Lourenço . Super piscine également et proximité des commerces . Appartement très bien équipé , une très grande terrasse et une plus petite pour le quotidien .
