Clarendon House - Hot Tub

Excellent location, beautiful rooms and lovely and clean

The property was spotless, modern and spacious. It had everything we needed and was even light (and tastefully) decorated for autumn/halloween which was lovely!

Neither bathrooms had locks on the doors

Lovely size and well decorated with a lovely hot tub!

Some of the chairs were abit worse for wear in the dining room and were rocking back and forth. The toilet seat upstairs could also probably do with replacing as this was sliding about as you were sitting on it. The form we had to fill in before the stay wasn’t the most user friendly! It kept deleting what I had entered or even sometimes disregarded that I had typed anything at all.

Clean, modern style house beautifully decorated and furnished.. nice hot tub although the 2nd day we used it we could not change the temperature to above 33 degrees and there were no instructions…nice little touches like tea, coffee etc

Tv in main lounge did not work for the whole stay which was a disappointment.. shower in the annexe did not work although this was resolved quickly after we spoke directly with the owner.. no lock on the bathroom and no hooks to hang anything.. wonky toilet seat.. we should have been told that to access the front door key we would should enter the garden through the gate on the right as this was not locked. I am not sure how we were supposed to know that?

The property was amazing, sat in a cul-de-sac just a mile or so from Skegness beach. A nice large garden with hot-tub and a beautifully presented house that was thought out very well.

A few teething problems, that the extremely welcoming and friendly owners dealt with immediately and very professionally. As an add on it would be nice for maybe a BBQ and a fire-pit with a nice table and chairs out in the garden.
