Lovely location - quiet but easy reach of restaurants, sea etc

Air conditioning controls not easy

The apprtment had a great location in the central area of the barocce center. The balcony was not as great as it looked in the pictures - it was not clean. The bathrooms were cold. Communication about entering and leaving the flat went well.

Wifi very weak, one bedroom very small, limited flow of water

The location and the space and the rooftop terrace.

Street noise every morning and very limited kitchen space. No microwave or worktops. Very small terrace off the kitchen. Shame the larger terrace was up stairs. Nearest shop for milk etc was 15 min walk away.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, well situated in the historical centre of the island. Plenty of restaurants, coffee bars and boutiques/shops. Vibrant atmosphere and beautiful setting full of history! However very difficult to find a parking space even in the parkings, too far from the apartment. There was a problem with flushing the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Apart from that, it has been a very enjoyable stay and one gets attached to this island very easily. People very friendly and welcoming

Great location - amazing to be in a beautiful city but also be about 30 seconds walk from a bathing beach! Ortigia is fabulous. Roof terrace lovely at sunset; tiny terrace great for breakfast. Main bedroom exceptionally spacious. Quirky upcycled furnishings/lamps in bedrooms.

The kitchen is frankly impossible. No food prep surface if you have draining rack in place - I ended up chopping outside on the breakfast terrace wall. Odd selection of kitchen equipment: eg no small pans and not much cutlery, yet 3 lemon squeezers and 3 corkscrews! Only one controller for both bedroom aircon units. No aircon in sitting room, just a very noisy fan. Sitting area feels rather tired. Two sets of keys would have been helpful, especially as the intercom didn’t work.
