In a very noisy town. The front door isn’t sealed properly (although its a decent door) there is no rubber seal on the frame (theres some useless foam) so you can hear everything going on outside which includes: Every car going not just past the front of the house but down every side road close by, people talking at the tops of their voices, kids screaming, neighbours playing VERY loud music, cars playing very loud music. I also don't think the windows are sealed properly. The house exterior walls must be made of balsa wood too. The apartment is spotless and very contemporary modern but if you’re constantly being disturbed by noise you can’t enjoy it all that much. Google Maps is useless in the area. It's down some narrow streets. Parking is NOT at the premises. Ensuite bathroom smells the upstairs out. I think there is an issue with the pipes. All that said about noise we were there on a Saturday night and when we actually went to bed we didn't hear any noise really then but I'd put ear plugs in too just in case. On the whole I don't know how to feel about this stay.

Prachtig appartement met zowel op de eerste etage naast de slaapkamer als beneden een badkamer. Een eigen afgesloten parkeerplek die wel enige stuurmanskunst vereist in verband met de smalle straatjes. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan het Alhambra en/of Granada.

Het appartement was wel een beetje gehorig maar de overlast daarvan viel mee.

Tolle Lage mitten im Zentrum von Santa Fe. Geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet mit allen technischen Finessen. Alles war liebevoll dekoriert.

Leider war es aufgrund der Lage etwas dunkel in den Räumen(Tageslicht)aber dies ist wahrscheinlich wegen der großen Hitze im sommer und der Bauweise normal.

Todo la casa preciosa y muy cómoda y sobre todo que llamemos a Marco y nos facilito la entrada antes de tiempo muchas gracias así que le damos un 10.

Nada todo bien

Colchón MUY cómodo y grande, cocina totalmente equipada, televisión enorme (hay en cocina, salón y dormitorio), baños amplios, limpieza absoluta, facilidad de check in, climatización en todas las estancias, decoración muy cuidada, iluminación muy estudiada... un sitio al que volveré más adelante seguro!

Aunque la plaza de garaje es enorme, mi coche de 5m pudo entrar por los pelos porque la calle es muy estrecha. Y la puerta principal cuando está cerrada no sella con el marco, por lo que el ruido entra totalmente (en la habitación no se oye nada).
