Clean & good size single room, good wiif and aircon, share toilet is also clean. Only downside is my single room location is awkward, is surrounded by washing machine, dining area and stairs, that have to take all the noise from the other guest, and none care to follow the house rules.

Noise: sadly my few day stay experience most unthoughtful guest, that do not follow the rules, for few night, they making so much noise during midnight till 2am in the dining area. And using washing machines outside operating hrs. Mosquito: the room in 1st floor experience more than wanted mosquito during this season.

Good location and have a quite privacy for long stay period.

Great value for money!! Clean property, bathroom and room. Loved the included washing machine.

Bedroom is small and walls are v thin - our neighbour was singing till 11pm which I know isn’t the owners fault but maybe better soundproofing would help
