Big and spacious! Plenty of room and so clean!

Parking is a little limited but not to any fault of the provider. Only 1 car parking space so other members foundalternative parking.

Balcony. Large spacious apartment. 2 bathrooms. Comfortable sofa.

No wine glasses. Just two mismatched water glasses. Mattresses not the most comfortable. No waste bins in bathrooms or bedrooms.

It looks ok.

The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and so noisy they squeak beyond belief. Shower is terrible hardly any water pressure. We were given one open toilet roll for the week. Plates in the cupboards with crumbs still on them. No washing up liquid. And to top it all off the oven doesn’t work which is the whole reason I rent an apartment with a kitchen so we can cook whilst working away. The flat has a stale smell almost like old smoke. The building is quite noisy. Not impressed at all.

Well located, excellent instructions and communication. Lovely decor. Very well equipped.

Beds could be more comfortable.

Problem with keys entering the block and the flat itself

Complex keys were on a outside lock box. Door for flat had code.

Area was pretty loud, racing cars and motorcycles.

The customer service is top tier. We forgot our iPad at the property and they let us go back in after 6 hours of check out to collect it. Thanks to the staff for understanding.
