Modern 2 bed flat with balcony

Very clean

The property was spacious and clean, it was in a good location for the town and seafront and not far from My daughter’s home, who we were visiting.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like, but a few more items in the kitchen like wine glasses and small plates would make it perfect. Also a hand towel for both bathrooms would be very helpful.

Nice spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. Easy to get hold of host, parking was ideal once understood how it worked.

Checking in and out can be a little fiddly as needed to park on road outside each time, but not a major problem.

Great place loads of space everything you needed was supplied the little hidden touches was great little toiletries in both bathrooms and clean towels. And the balcony was great sitting there in the morning in the sun with a cuppa. After an 8hr drive this wee home fay home was great. Perfect location wee shop right outside ur front door and walking distance to town and the sea front we will %100 be back. We travel to Southend every 2 months to see family so will will definitely book here again.

We went to use the car park space but there was someone already using it, we was lucky to find a space outside on the street but you need to be careful as it's a lot of parking permits around Southend.

Lovely apartment, nice views , clean had all essentials . Like the fact 2 bathrooms here ,parking and spacious too. But double check the parking space i went by key fob number and parked my car in 103 by mistake realised soon after . Would definitely stay here again.

Had few issues with WiFi but got it going in end
