Great location as close to the town and seafront (approx 20 min walk I think but we drove due to a disabled member in our party). There’s a supermarket right behind and a convenience store next door. The apartment is a great size and has a nice balcony, shame the weather didn’t permit us to use! It has nice doors looking out the other way too, which means it’s very light and is perfect for being nosey 😂. The parking is secure too.

We had issues accessing the check in / apartment works on the booking.com app/website (even asked my cousin to take a look). The Hosts helped out on this but it might be nice to have a little guide in the apartment too.

This place was very clean and comfortable. There is on street parking outside if you are lucky or a short walk away in any of the streets around if not. The communication from the host was excellent. The bedroom was super comfortable and the shower excellent too.

Nothing. You aren’t going to get anywhere nearer town with free parking. I don’t think you can top this place in Southend (and I’m a local).

The location is great for exploring Southend. Lots of takeaway options and lovely restaurants nearby. The flat itself is beautiful, and comfortable. Balcony shows a lovely view perfect for your morning coffee.
