Ruhige Seitenstraße, Straßenparkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber. Gut ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Großem Kühlschrank, Espressomaschine) und Bad. Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein enormes Gewitter, der zu einem Stromausfall führte, sodass wir uns von der Funktionsfähigkeit der Notbeleuchtung überzeugen konnten. Nur als Hinweis: der Check-In fand nach Ankunft telefonisch (mit einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber statt). Wer keine SIM-Karte für Italien hat, sollte rechtzeitig darauf hinweisen.

Das Haus um die Wohnung herum ist stellenweise renovierungsbedürftig. Bis nach Ortigia ist es eine Weile zu laufen (10-20 Minuten, je nach Gehtempo). Im Bad ist es recht dunkel. Unser Zimmer war zu einem Innenhof heraus, in dem regelmäßig jemand herum plärrte; immerhin können wir jetzt neue italienische Schimpfwörter.

Stort og rent. Parkering var også gratis.

Beliggenheden var ikke så god. Ejeren var venlig over telefonen, men ville også have ønsket, at ejeren havde været fysisk til stede (minimum da vi ankom) og ikke bare have håndteret det hele gennem et opkald den første dag vi ankom.

"Кухня общая, но все есть, плита, посуда и кухонный набор, кофе и вода от чуткого хозяина Винченцо, также Винценцо провел"
