This house is absolutely beautiful and is ideal for a family holiday. The decor is lovely and the house feels very welcoming and homely . The facilities are excellent and the house is very well equipped . Although we didn’t meet the owners they were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this gorgeous house and would love to return some day . We loved the table tennis table and of course the pool.

Finished to a beautiful standard! Huge property with plenty of space. So light and plenty of windows for the sun to come through. Fully equipped with everything we needed from in the kitchen, bathroom and toilets. The beds were firm and comfortable. The property owner was amazing with communication, very helpful and accommodating. We cannot wait to come back!

We didn’t dislike anything about the property! I would suggest a handrail to help those who struggle to get in and out of the pool, nothing negative to comment.

We cannot praise this property enough and we would definitely recommend it everyone. Some of the highlights: - excellent, easy, helpful communication with the owner as well as easy self check-in - perfect location within Lanzarote to easily reach all of the destinations for day trips and beach - great location within new development with a playground across the street; restaurant and supermarket within walking distance as well as a cycling piste and sea promenade (we recommend Casa Tomas for dinner) - the house itself is the biggest plus - it is modern, well maintained, equipped with everything one needs, spacious, very clean, fluffy towels for both home and pool, garden is small, cute and convenient. All is excellent. Kids loved it too - they also have a whole extra room as playroom on the lower ground floor. - the dining area attached to the garden allows you to be both indoors and outdoors on a chilly day

Nothing. Everything was perfect. The pool only heated to 26 degrees max not 28 but thats only one small issue.

We had the most amazing time - the house is wonderful and well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms and a lot of closet space + a safe which I loved for our passports etc. also really enjoyed that Netflix was available in the lounge and main bedroom for nights we stayed in. The pool is a great size and outdoor area is also spacious and cosy to hang out/bbq in. Ontop of that the hosts were so attentive, easy to reach, continuous great communication and so helpful, for example I knocked the tap handle off and couldn’t fix it and he sent someone immediately, another example was it was our anniversary so I asked for advice on restaurants, he laid out multiple different restaurants and even what he recommends for sight seeing + where to eat and what else to see in that area! I highly recommend staying here - we enjoyed it so much we plan on coming back again :)!

The WiFi in the main bedroom isn’t so great so maybe some boosters could help but otherwise nothing at all :)

From the beginning the communication was excellent. Prompt and complete replies. The villa was amazing. The kitchen was excellent and all appliances were high end. Yhe villa was clean and extremely well appointed. The pool was heated so even had a swim in winter. We will definately stay again on our return. Please note that due to the location a car is recommended. But to see the island in any detail will require a car.

It’s a large, modern detached property of 240m2 which is well presented with most of the appliances being brand new. It was spotlessly clean inside and out. It’s built over 3 floors, the basement being aimed at providing an area for children of all ages or just a cool place to be in the summer. The pool was a good size and clean and clear. Plenty of sun beds and seating area with dining table. A remote control sun canopy is available to use for extra shade. Good wifi signal and if you’re signed up to netflix or Amazon then you can use the 4k tv by logging into your account. Beds were very comfortable and the owners contacted us pre arrival for single or double preferences. The property has secure off road parking and a burglar alarm linked up to a monitored system. It works because we set it off! A great place for a family or 4 adults. A great kids play park is very nearby.

We were there in December so no heat issues or requirements for air conditioning. The house was warm enough but Fan heaters are provided in every room but wasn’t required.

The photos genuinely reflect the high quality of the home, and cleanliness is exceptional. Communication with the host was smooth, with plenty of helpful tips, friendliness, and responsiveness. Highly recommended for a delightful stay!

A very nice villa for family and company.The villa is well equipped, has a washing machine and everything else you need for a longer stay. The owner of the villa is very accommodating, he treated us to cheese and wine.
