KWThe place looked well maintained, with nice view. As far as locat6, it's close to the Italian border, so if you are about to explore orteise and it's surrounded area, I would advise to stay near there as the drive is about 1h 45 minutes each way and it's a zigzag road in the mountains

CZAll wonderful - a lovely stay in a very modern and clean apartment with its own sauna. The breakfast first morning of our stay was very nice and the host Erika very welcoming and helpful. Ski area just 10min by car. We fully enjoyed it and will be happy to come again :)
