"Comfortable and budget friendly"

Host was very responsive, parking fuss-free and right at doorstep. Place was clean and comfortable, took us only 10 mins to harry potter world which was great!! Would love to come back and happily recommend to anyone interested in visiting the area. Cost of stay is justified with the amenities provided .

Excellent facilities on site for if we needed to cook/clean (which we didn't). Situated close to Watford station so was ideal for our trip into London - train times really good too

I can honestly say there was nothing negative about our stay. Travelled with my husband, 18 year old son and 11 year old son. WIFI good which kept them happy ! Living area cosy so had a nice evening watching TV after a busy time visiting SOHO the Chinese New Year

"Immaculate indeed"

It was very clean and spacious. Parking was easy and it wasn't far to the town center, plenty of storage space, WiFi good.

The beds were really uncomfortable. Either new mattresses needed or toppers. Other than that, a great place to stay. Just be prepared for lots of stairs. No lifts available. Not suitable for disabled.

It was a great location, we loved all being together instead of being in separate hotel rooms. The flat was clean and very well laid out.

You just need a mirror in the bedrooms so we can do our make-up, but that's it. We liked everything else.

"Left on the streetin the middle of the night looking for other accommodation"

The host wasn't active at the time of the booking after trying to contact the host with no luck I had to pay and book another place. I wasn't refunded for this place nor did the host offer to refund me for my time being wasted or me having to wait especially in an emergency situation at night. And having to pay for another place to stay and not being able to stay at her place
