"Great location but the apartment requires renovation."

The location is just great. That’s about it.

The apartment is REALLY worn out, one of the toilets is practically unusable because of the washing machine, no smart TV, bad wi-fi in rooms further from the router, uncomfortable power sockets locations (to plug-in the washing machine for example, you have to throw an extender from the hallway) etc. The apartment has a really good potential, considering its location but it has to be renovated.

The location was convenient for the Old Town and local shops.

There was no hot water whatsoever for the duration of our stay. There were no plugs - I had to contact the owner regarding these. There is only one AC and that is in the lounge so the bedrooms are very warm. Repairs were being carried out in the block so lots of drilling etc. during the day. This apartment should not be rented out in this state.

"Good location, No hot water"

Location and cleanness was very good.

There was NO hot water. Very bad for showering after a full day of walking around. Trash bag was left under sink from previous renter.
