Carmel & Billy were excellent hosts, so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely dining room, best breakfast we've had in a b&b.

Extremely friendly, efficient and helpful, owners are very welcoming, breakfast was top class with good quality produce, very clean with good size room's, perfect location close to birr castle and surrounding amenities, children had great fun in the garden with swings, slides and football goals, couldn't ask for better!
